What the one-bedroom configuration includes
The one-bedroom configuration is the same private apartment with the second bedroom locked. You keep the main bedroom and private use of the living, dining and kitchen spaces. You do not share these spaces with another booking.
This option has a maximum of two adults and a standard rate of ₦130,000 per night. It can suit a solo traveller, a couple or a business visitor who wants more everyday space than a conventional hotel room.
What changes with two bedrooms
The two-bedroom stay opens both bedrooms and keeps the full apartment private to your group. The maximum adult occupancy is four, and the standard rate is ₦150,000 per night.
Two bedrooms can be useful when adults need separate sleeping spaces or a family wants more flexibility. Discuss your group’s requirements with the team before booking rather than assuming extra beds or sleeping arrangements are available.
The everyday comforts stay the same
Both configurations include the fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with Smart TV and PS5. High-speed Wi-Fi, 24/7 power support, air conditioning, washing facilities, secure parking and housekeeping support are part of the residence experience.

Travelling with children or staying longer?
Children up to age 14 stay free with accompanying adults. Share the number and ages of children along with the adult count so the team can confirm suitable arrangements for your group.
Weekly and longer stays receive discounted pricing from the standard nightly rate. Ask for the total for your dates and configuration. Private chef services, spa treatments and airport pickup are on request; confirm availability and charges separately.
How to check dates and book
The one- and two-bedroom options use the same apartment calendar. If the apartment is unavailable for your dates, choosing a different bedroom configuration does not make those dates free.
Check your dates on the website, then continue on WhatsApp with the stay details already filled in. Tell the team which configuration you want, confirm the rate and any requests, and complete the agreed payment to secure your stay.
